What destroys many of us is our fight with our Yetser Hara, Our Inner Saboteur or whatever you want to call it.
Many of us do not manage to identify where, when and if it is the Yester Hara attacking using our fears,terrible thoughts, excuses, playing on our sensitivities etc
You cannot live a grateful life asleep so if you value the gift of your life in order to maintain your positive changes and to further grow and continually knock the Yetser Hara out at the very least always
F.ight- be willing to fight for you
A.ware- aware of whats is going on around you, with you , always be learning.
V.igilant-keep working at being able to identify the Yetser Hara's attacks
O.n Guard-don't treat your life lightly it is your only one
R.eady- be ready to pounce and do what you must against the Yetser Hara and it's long reaching tentacles
I.nvested-don't be apathetic and retreat into the regression state that is complacency, engage all of you in this all important War
T.uned in....a level up on awareness knowing more and more of what is happening around you and with you
E.mbrace your strengths, find them, dig deep for your strengths will empower you to deal with and over
come your weaknesses
Don't ever give up on your f.a.v.o.r.i.t.e. life...it is one of G-d's millions of gifts to you ..how you treat your life,no matter your circumstances is your gift to G-d especially in Elul
